RESIDENTIAL PLANS

One-Time Service

Our 1x service includes an interior and exterior treatment of your home to control spiders, ants, crickets and other common creepy-crawlers.  A 30-day warranty guarantees the effectiveness of this service.  Pests not included in a 1x treatment are roaches, rodents, silverfish, carpenter ants, bees and wasps.

(Please note that if a 1x service is administered between the months of November – March, exterior service cannot be guaranteed; however, a 30-day warranty will still apply.)

One-Time Service – Exterior Only

Protect your home with this perimeter only treatment.  Sorry, no warranty is available for this service.

Routine Services

Eliminate the hassle of dealing with bugs, and rest easy knowing that your home and family are well protected with our routine services.  These programs include interior/exterior service for general pest control (spiders, ants, crickets, etc.).  All services are guaranteed under warranty until the next treatment.

Roach Treatment Program

Our highly effective roach treatment service is a monthly program.  At the time of each service, ALL kitchen and bathroom cabinets must be completely empty.  ALL people and pets will need to leave the residence for three hours.

Rodent Control Program (for mice/rats)

Wave goodbye to your rodent problem with this monthly program.  Our knowledgeable technicians will strategically place large bait stations around the exterior of your home and position small bait stations in your home’s interior and garage.  We check the bait stations on a monthly basis and refill them as needed.

Silverfish Treatment

A one-time treatment will take care of your silverfish problem.

Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees & Wasps

What a pest these pests can be!  We offer treatment plans that will effectively rid your residence of these buggers for good!  We’ll gladly provide a free estimate.
